I have osteoarthritis in my knees, elbows and shoulders. I use Voltaren Gel. It’s not a natural remedy but, it’s quick, easy and you are not swallowing pills. Starting out you need to use it like three times a day for 2-3 days then you need to consistently keep using it once or twice (depending on your activity during the day) every day. It doesn’t smell like a “Ben Gay” type of gel so it’s pretty inconspicuous. You do need a prescription for this. It works very well for me. My sister, brother and mother all use it as well with great success. This might be something for you to consider trying.

@bonnieh218 I'm glad you found a cream that helps you Voltaren didn't seem to help me I love Biofreeze it works well for me I use it when I run out I found that CBD cream does it seems to last longer then a few hours. There are so many creams and gels I think everyone has to experiment to see which helps them better I know I did I used Aspercream but had to quit as it bothered my stomach. My girlfriend uses Blue Emu and swears by it . glad the Voltaren helps you
