Medication Review Resources

Managing my medications feels like a part-time job, I'm juggling >ten meds, two supplements rec by Rheum, infusions and shots.
I'm concerned about the combination of meds I take at once, the time I take the meds, general drug interactions, and foods to avoid.
Is there a service that provides a medication review? Registered Dietitians and my pharmacy don't seem to be a fit.
Next week I see my PCP and will ask him the same question. In the meantime I was wondering if someone has suggestions.

Good to hear from you. When I started Cellcept in 11/2024 the Rheum told me about the side effects. I like his transparency and am okay when he suggests I read about the med on the web. I have not experienced side effects.
I'm not a medical professional but have a research background. Med terminology drives me crazy! I learned to walk away from the computer when I started relating to unrelated symptoms. On Drugs.com I found a contraindication between Cellcept and a GI med, and the GI doc changed the GERD med. The drug would impact the absorption of the Cellcept. I don't leave personal information on Drugs.com because a hacker took over my phone and fried my laptop in 2021. Saving personal info online may be time effective but it's not for me.
The pharmacy's response when asked if customers are notified of contraindications or if med reviews are available was 'No, click on the QR code". This was the beginning of my ongoing plight to know about the safety of med combos and foods that may change their effectiveness.
Today I tried a different direction and spoke directly with my psychiatrist that writes the RX's for my PTSD. For the past 16 months I've been in PTSD therapy with a psychologist specializing in the disease. This may be the root of my AI. It was as productive meeting.
My main question was if the psych meds were effecting my slow digestion and motility symptoms. I take a RX for anxiety, depression and sleep and thought there may be a correlation. I've taken the same meds for years and feel relieved the only change was how they are dispensed. Next we talked about contraindications with other meds and the safety of taking them at the same time as other meds. Taking a handful of pills makes me feel like a chemistry experiment.
My plan is to ask all of my docs these questions and continue self advocacy.
