Found a really good website for Pulmonary Rehab Exercises that can be done from home and just wanted to share it. https://www.respiratorytherapyzone.com/pulmonary-rehab-exercises/

@jerdonus I was on prednisone last year in may and June, August I got pneumonia in the hospital for 15 days, lots of prednisone in there and so much when i cane home. It would turn me into a monster, make my stomach hurt I finally told my pcp I wont taking it anymore. I stopped , but then got pneumonia again in Febuary this year and did it again, and i just finished it again for bronchitis. Hopefully will start dupixent up in a couple days again. Good luck ! Makes you hungry, and a monster.

@snoots Just wondering if a person gets pneumonia off and on can't a vax for pneumonia make the cycle end? Have never had any of the vacs they say COPD folks need. Fingers crossed
Hope your day is better. Greetings from Canada

I did have a vaccination for pneumonia, but my pcp said it wasn’t time for another. But I really don’t know if they still vax with copd and I didn’t ask

PLEASE read all the postings on the lungs, not just lung exercises, about the prescription of Ohtuvayre. It made my condition worse, and it’s never gone back to level I was at.
Same is repeated by most of the postings on Ohtuvayre

SOB@ravenup I read your comment re Ohtuvayre. I had a very bad reaction to it also, after 8 weeks I went off. I got somewhat better re my SOB, but I think it may have damaged my alvioli as my lung function is less than before. Will never know but I'm wary of trying new meds now!!
