Is anybody taking Simponi Aria with Arava(Leflunomide)?

I don't know where to start. So here goes.
At the end of last year I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and severe RA. I will be 70 in July. I have had all the tests. MRI(with and without contrast)from brain down to feet. CT(with and without contrast) from brain down to feet. PET scan from brain to feet. I had MRI just for hands and feet. X-Rays. A LOT of bloodwork.
My hands and feet have severe RA and other areas. My Rheumatologist(she is awesome) started me on Simponi Aria(infusion) in November 2025. Took awhile but it works.
The pain is more manageable because we are also treating the Fibro. For Fibro I take narcotics, aspirin, Flexeril. The pain is horrific.

I'm also a Asthmatic my whole life. And have lung nodules that we're watching. So I can't take Methotrexate. I'm working with Pulmonary, Cardiology, Neurology etc. Stopped taking statins because that can cause more pain. Can't take Naproxen either.
I'm scared to take Simponi with Arava. My Rheumatologist wants to give me more pain relief and maybe back off the Simponi. I don't know what to do. I have no immunity now. We have talked about this and she emailed me info. The bottle of Arava is sitting here.
Opinions?

Well nuts I was hoping for a opinion on taking these drugs together. In real time.

@ecmoandrrt I'm sorry that you didn't get a reply here, that sometimes happens when we start talking about specific combinations of medications or treatments, because you have to "hit" on other members in the same situation.
I will ask the Moderators to add your discussion to a couple of related groups to try to get a response.
