Auto immune Lichen planus

I’ve not heard of the lighting plan you speak of. I did Google it quickly, and it says mostly medium to dark skin
I’m very fair skin, but I question if I have had some of those spots, I need to do more research on it
When we have things that pop on our face, it bothers us because we all want picture, perfect skin and I understand that I wish you the best learning about this. You could do Google scholar for more technical information plus other websites.
