If anything, the neurofeedback is the best route, as the effects are permanent to your sub-conscious. It takes many session to retrain your subconscious to self-regulate. Its not instantaneous like medications but long term if you stick with it. I finished 10 sessions, cost is low after insurance, however I have 20-30 sessions to go.

2 Reactions@colleenyoung I have been on this drug for about three weeks now. The one very strange side effect is that I have vivid and lucid dreams, I believe I have had dreams about almost everyone I’ve ever interacted with has been in them! I suppose I could gain weight, but I’ve tried to watch what I eat and stick to my program so it’s kind of a balance. I don’t lose I don’t gain. It’s also the one my doctor recommended for me based on my condition.
