I’ve been taking Tamoxifen for over a year now- it took about 6 months for the moodiness and brain fog to improve. What helped- walking every day, get outside, yoga, getting quality sleep, infrared sauna with a cold shower after, eating nutritionally dense whole food and limited sugar, and seeking support/ counseling.

1 ReactionRegarding brain fog: I had it mildly with anastrozole. I switched to exemestane and it seemed to improve. It might be just a placebo effect, but I think it's worth trying a different aromatase inhibitor. Best wishes!
Just read this new report on X …

have just filed a patent for a new GLP-3 (aka similar to Retatrutide) that appears to cross the blood brain barrier (?) and treat BRAIN FOG and other neurological disorders! amazing!
