Masturbation at late age
Is it normal for men over 70 (without medical prob;ems) to masturbate? How often? Any adverse effects? Are there natural ways to increase the production of seminal fluid?

@billybwbf2 after your prostatectomy, did your docs give you any instructions on penile rehab?
@guyrm yes. He has me take Cialis daily If it really help I can imaging how small it would be if I didn’t take it!
@arctic22 no pun intended?
@newrochelle1131. We discussed it years ago and my wife also declined. But now that she is have no Peña tray I’ve sex at all it seems he attitude about it has changed!
@billybwbf2 take a look at the discussions under prostate cancer support, if you haven’t already. A lot of info about rehab there that I don’t know 7 years ago. The first year or so your nerves apparently are in a bit of shock. I got no instructions. Didn’t have any decent erections. Decided to give Trimix injections a go. Have a friend tell me about them about 2 years ago and took me more than a year to decide to try. They work magic on me! Gives you an erection that lasts a good hour or more.
@billybwbf2
Don't understand.
@guyrm
Excellent point.

I have an enlarged prostate and take Flomax 2X’s a day. In addition I take 5mg Cialis daily. I masturbate probably on average once daily though I don’t always achieve orgasm. At first i experienced retro ejaculations. Later I focused on ejaculating as normal and was able to reverse that. I’m 73 and currently without a partner. Masturbation is as essential an activity as exercise, rest and nutrition.

Thanks for sharing.
How did you reverse the ejaculation? How did you focus on ejaculating as normal? What did you do?
