Is it normal for men over 70 (without medical prob;ems) to masturbate? How often? Any adverse effects? Are there natural ways to increase the production of seminal fluid?

I had a prostatectomy last October and although I knew it would cause me erection problems little did I know I would be on the sidelines for sex long term! My penis shrank from 6 soft to 2 soft and doesn’t get hard! Wife and I tried to keep intimate with dildos and toys but last Friday she told me she was so Horney for a real penis she can’t stand it! I never thought of her with another man who can get an erection but I’m beginning to think I may offer that option. Any other couples considered?

Wouldn't have it.

The only strategy I have is take it slow. When I get her telling me about her experiences with her old boyfriend it seems to excite her talking about it. My hope is it may get her to open up

@newrochelle1131 Yes prostate massagers are angled and made just for that purpose to massage the prostate. You can get them from everywhere from Temu to amazon to Adam and Eve. I have a glass one I use when I masturbate at times for some reason the glass is just such an intense feeling. Just make sure whatever you buy that it has a large enough base so that it can't get sucked into your rectum .. just google search it make sure to look at reviews . I have 2 with remote controls found out recently that you can't change the batteries in the remote on one of them .. just things to look and learn.

That's a tough one!
Since my ED started several years ago, I have also considered another man with a large hard penis to please my wife. Maybe someone in their 20's that would love the chance to have sex with an older woman but, only if I can watch and help out!

@newrochelle1131 You don't need her permission to get one or use one although when i was active with my g/f it was much more intense if she fondled or did oral while I used the massager.
