Anyone finding a way to help with the shortness of breath and the fatigue?

@munster1951 Unfortunately, as you are learning, Valley Fever symptoms can linger for months.
Here is what Mayo Clinic has to say:
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/valley-fever/symptoms-causes/syc-20378761
The recommendations are rest, hydration, good diet and awareness - listen to your body.

If the shortness of breath becomes worse, please see you provider, sometimes the condition can worsen, or secondary infections can occur. If you have Asthma, COPD or any other lung condition, consider consulting with a pulmonologist.

@sueinmn yes I am seeing a rheumatologist the pulmonologist Infectious Disease dr and also a nephrologist has I have so many complications with kidney disease trying to recover from PMR and trying to recover from what they call Christmas tree virus. I can’t say the name so my immune system is pretty much shot at this time. I am on antifungal medicine and prednisone for my PMR.
