Lyrica
Hello! I take Lyrica for neuropathic pain. Recently when taking my evening dose, I experience pain in my feet afterward. I understand laying down at night can increase pain. But I'm already laying down by the time I take it. It doesn't seem to make a difference on the timing of the dose. Anyone have a similar experience?

@brennankb55 That's wonderful news. I'm so happy for you! To not have to think twice about the pain in your feet at bedtime is a relief. Please remind me if you want to: what type of surgery are you having?
It certainly has a long list of possible side effects although a lot of these drugs seem to have equally long lists of side eeffects. I guess it's risk vs benefit.

1 ReactionHi @sewsforfun ~ It is a relief I'm grateful for with all of the other pains I'm struggling with. I'm not sure about surgery, it's just what I expect the neurosurgeon will say because of the danger of paralysis where the nerves are compressed as they exit the spinal canal. I see him on Tuesday next week. I'm thinking it will be a laminectomy at minimum, but may include discectomy and decompression. I'm sure it all depends on how he interprets my MRI and my pain. I've got sciatica that's trying hard to flare again despite the epidural I had a week ago. I'll have a better idea after I meet with him.
@brennankb55 Best of luck!
@sewsforfun I am NOT using IVIG panzya. After reviewing the drug I chose to pass
@corkybailey I'm easily confused. It was someone else who is using it.
