I wonder if anyone knows of a phone for a person in a memory care facility?

Is there a way to make an iPhone simpler to use? I’m going to the Apple Store to find out.
My husband has been in Memory Care since Monday. Doing well depending on staff but for the most part acclimating well.

@maryvc I feel my husband is approaching this point…I have to help him with his iPhone and iPad, especially with all the junk that is coming in.

Years ago, he was the one helping everyone in his office fix their computers. 😢 Our Apple Store is a distance away, but that is an excellent idea!

I’m betting Apple Watches are quite expensive.

@susanpremo I checked and you can buy a new Apple watch SE3 with cellular function (no phone needed nearby) for $299. You can find older models on Amazon for less than $200 that might serve your purpose. Caveat: some "cellular" models require a nearby Apple phone to recieive calls, but some do not, so if interested, know what you're getting. One downside is that the battery life is only about 18 hours, so needs recharging daily.

@2me it’s sad, isn’t it? My husband had some hobbies that he was very good at, now he can’t remember them.
