How about a laugh, (hopefully)
I believe laughter is the best medicine. Laughter has actually been scientifically proven to help people with depression issues.
Let’s give it a try so we can all get happy and feel better. Many Epilepsy forums I’ve been on had joke sections. I was probably the biggest joke of all since I didn’t get a lot of the jokes. They said the jokes couldn’t be above 4th grade level for me to understand them so my jokes may be rather simplistic but let’s give it a try.
Have a lovely day everyone,
Jake

@meryw Thank you. I will do that. I really had to laugh at these because my mother-in-law, may she RIP, would often come back with similar comments. Such a great memory.

1 ReactionI think we can all relate to these wicked-wise words:
The Tech Addict
A lady once looked at her screen,
The brightest that I've ever seen,
She scrolled through the night,
By the artificial light,
And forgot what her real life did mean.

3 Reactions@triciaot Actually, couple years at a group of seniors over 80 having our "test" to discover if we could still keep our drivers licenses: by drawing a clock face and putting hands at correct position for the time; having a quick check of eyes in machine re peripheral vision and discussion, the person Leader of the testing and the end of the tests told a similar joke: about a group of seniors each complaing about their illnesses and then at the end all agreeing: we at least we can still drive. The fact that the teacher told this! A burst of laughter from the group after the stress of our not knowing if any of us would fail and not be able to drive home. Thanks for the post/reminder 🙂
