What sleep meds help you stay asleep?

I’m on a combo of Ambien and Seroquill. I knock out for exactly two hours and then. I’m just awake.

Trazadone helped me also. I have been taking it close to a year now.

I find medical marijuana helpful, especially gummies that are formulated 1:1:1 (THC:CBD:CBN).

Fortunately I live in a state where they are sold over the counter to anyone over 21 years of age.

You need to be at 50 to 100mg. Anything higher is a depression dose.

I am prescribed Lunesta 3 mg. I split the tablet, taking 1/2 at lights out, then the other half when I wake and can’t easily drift back to sleep. This works well and my sleep doctor approved. No morning grogginess.
