@maurie56 My new medication is Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) starting at very lose dosage and it’s being slowly increased over the initial months. In the past my doctors use standard migraine and occipital neuralgia medications since it was originally believed that the daily vestibular issues were caused by those. But all of those meds at best helped only temporarily, and then all lost any effectiveness over time. My vestibular issues can be so debilitating. I can just move my eye quickly or turn my head and the dizziness, nausea, and migraine pain all spike up. I’ve had too many falls to count. Now that I’ve been diagnosed with long covid at a large PACS Clinic, the treatment has shifted to treating the neuro-inflammation with LDN.
What did you do to get better. Go into remission??
