Advice for difficulty achieving ejaculation/orgasm

I do not have prostate issues, but some off and on ED issues, but I have discovered my frenulum (underside of my penis head) is a very nice place to stimulate to orgasm and ejaculation. Even when I remain mostly flaccid I can always achieve orgasm and ejaculation by masturbating the frenulum with well lubed fingers. Reading erotic stories or viewing adult pics and/or video clips help increase arousal toward orgasm. Hope this helps. Try not to let the pressure/pain build up. Stay ahead of it my making yourself cum everyday or at least every other day.

@davem71 Dave, agree. The best success I had overcoming delayed ejaculation was by using a vibrator on my frenulum.

@bwjb Yes! For me, stimulating the frenulum is a guaranteed, powerful mindblowing orgasm and excellent ejaculation! Always a nice amount of semen, which for me is enjoyable to see.

When I was on those two meds for BPH several years ago, I also had a hard time achieving an orgasm and when I did ejaculate, there was hardly any semen. In fact, sometimes I had none at all!
I stopped talking those after talking with my doctor and had the Urolift procedure for my BPH .
It took a while,(several months) but everything is now back to normal. I masturbate several times a week and have a nice load of semen every time!

That;s the biggest disapointment for me, who had the Hotep procedure. No semen, just the feeling but no release of fluid. It's depressing

I couldn't agree more, nothing like ejaculating a large load of semen with orgasm.
On the bright side, at least you still have the feeling of an orgasm!
However, I am not familiar with Hotep procedure, just the Urolift that I had.

This may seem an odd question but do any of you have partners that participate in any way with your masturbation and are they open to it. (Now that we are a bit older..late 60's)

I do not. My wife has not done anything sexually for over 14 yrs now. Lots of solo masturbation for me.
