Advice for difficulty achieving ejaculation/orgasm

Recovering from cpps, enlarged prostate taking tamsulosin and finasteride. Experience intense pressure/pain every 3-4 days which is only relieved by achieving orgasm. Lately very difficult to do and is painful. Any suggestions?

I had my prostatectomy in October 2025. Glad to be alive but this is a lot to adjust.
