I just got my card from the state of Missouri, and started taking the gummies at bedtime. It is helping me sleep much better.

I take 1/2 of a snoozberry gummy which has THC, CBN, and CBD works great

How many mgs do you take?
What do you mean by better?
How often do you take gummies?
How much do you weigh?
I'm trying to collect and compare data to my father's. I've notice he isn't stiff as before taking cbd but he has dementia so is hard to gather any information from him, I have to judge by observation only.

The dementia from Parkinson's is a real issue with my sister. Her memory is all but gone as well. Don't know what stage of Parkinson's that is but she refuses to exercise and says she is too tired. Would CBD help with any of these symptoms?

Hi @jonathanfesik,

Welcome to Mayo Connect's PD discussion group. I have had PD for many years and have had great help with the traditional PD meds such as Sinemet, Stalevo and Amantadine. I also exercise on a regular basis which makes a tremendous difference. I have never used CBD for any reason.

Could you share a bit about your history of PD? For example: how long ago were you diagnosed and at what age; what symptoms led to your diagnosis; what meds have you tried?

A PD diagnosis can be difficult to wrap your mind around but with the right combination of meds, exercise (including physical therapy) and a positive attitude PD can be a manageable disorder.

What type of exercise are you involved in right now?
