Has anyone done balance (vesibular) therapy?

I'm having trouble with balance. My hearing doctor is sending me to physical therapy for it. Have any of you ever heard of or done balance therapy ?

@colleenyoung I did balance therapy for 7 months and did absolutely no good. Waste of time three days a week!

I am doing vestibular therapy 18 months after surgery to debulk a foramen magnum/jugular meningioma. I started it 4 months ago once a week and it has helped a lot…I started it with a cane and now don’t use it. I also credit walking. I use an all terrain rollator which gives me confidence to push myself. The improvements with PT are subtle but real, more about learning to handle vertigo versus fixing it entirely. I am very glad I am doing the PT
