Does anyone else have both FMD and TAA?

First time visitor here. I was diagnosed last month with ascending aortic aneurysm at 4.0 cm, and FMD (fibromuscular dysplasia) in the left cerebral and vertebral arteries with no aneurysm or dissection. I don't have any symptoms except occasional light headed when hiking hills or sitting to standing too fast. My BP always runs low. I will be seeing a vascular specialist soon. As far as exercise I'd love to be able to continue pickleball and don't see much mention of that sport here. Appreciate your insight and feedback!

Did you find out anything more after seeing the vascular specialist?
My situation sounds very similar to yours. In addition to some random feelings of dizziness I also experience double vision sometimes when watching a play or a lecturer or even tv sometimes. Also double vision when looking left while driving. Local ophthalmologist said eyes are not misaligned so I’m wondering if it could be related to irregular left vertebral and cervical arteries.
