Insomnia: Trying to wean of temazepam (restoril)
Now take 15mg/night for sleep. Anyone with experience weaning off this?

All meds have side effects. I say if it works then fight for it and take it. I take a cocktail of Seroquel, Trazodone and an antihistamine. Granted Seroquel shouldn't be used by everyone. When anxiety is high, I take Ambien. Several years ago, I found Ambien CR and Trazodone to be a good combo.
