@bevlevvancouverbc A quick AI search (if it can be relied on) of Organica Enhanced Protein formula showed this formula consists mainly of type 1 collagen from bovine hide and skin. Organika offers various additional collagen formulas. I get the Enhanced Collagen Protein formula.

Hello Debbie
re Organika Enhanced Protein formula that you mention:
can you forward link that says it is Type 1.
I cannot find the information that it is Type 1
https://organika.com/collections/joints-bones
@bevlevvancouverbc This is copied and pasted from my search that came up on AI when I asked about type 1 collagen in Enhanced Organika. There is no link:
Yes, Organika's "Enhanced Collagen Original" contains mostly type 1 collagen because it is derived from bovine sources, which are rich in type 1 and type 3 collagen. Type 1 collagen is the most abundant form, making up a significant portion of your skin, bones, tendons, and other connective tissues.
Here's why it contains mostly type 1:
Bovine Source: The Enhanced Collagen Original is sourced from grass-fed cows, which naturally contain type 1 and type 3 collagen.
Abundance in the Body: Type 1 collagen is the most prevalent type in the body, found extensively in the skin, hair, nails, and bones, making it a primary component in bovine-sourced collagen supplements.
Product Information: The product description confirms that Organika Enhanced Collagen contains type 1 and type 3 collagen, supporting skin, nails, hair, joints, and gut health.

So helpful! Many thanks for sharing your research!
I’m learning so much in this forum.
@shelldct1 Yes your numbers are very similar to mine and I am also petite at 5 ft. 1.5. Wow, you are doing everything you can. Your supplements and diet are much like mine. The only thing I am doing in addition is taking BHRT started in July 2024 with small dose Estrodot patch .25 and mycrolized Progesterone. You may have read my post that the BHRT has been hugely successful bringing down my CTX from 688 to .99 with possible slight BMD gain from -3 to -2.6. All the best to you.

I just saw it last night, it's about a month old,
he is quite meticulous and detailed: plus he mentions names
he doesn't recommend.
I received reply from NBI, (Dr. Neustadt, interviewed
by Dr Douglas Lucas recently)
They do ship to Canada,
Shipping to Canada is free over an order of $200.
I imagine it is U.S. Funds.
And, NBI mentions there might be an extra charge
through Canada Customs.
again, looking forward to input and suggestions.

2 ReactionsHello to all,
especially Canadians who
are thinking of buying from the U.S.
or the U.K.
As you know:
Canada is going through another, again,
postal mail strike.
It probably will run past Xmas and
impact consumers considerably.
Shopping from Amazon.Ca is the most
viable way of purchasing, as they do their
own delivery, but I do not
see any products that I wish to buy.
I have written one company asking if they
would find an
alternate ways of shipping to Canada.
@bevlevvancouverbc
I just want to add the link of Amazon where I bought Fortibone, in case if you have difficulties in Canada.
