Dry mouth remedies

I have Sjogren's Syndrome that causes dry mouth. I have been using Biotene Oral Balance Dry Mouth Moisturizing Gel to help me sleep at night. I put 1/2" on my tongue and my saliva started to flow and it sting my throat when I swallowed it. May be the strong sweetness irritate my throat? Wonder if you have the same experience?
Also, any recommendation for products that you use that help your dry mouth will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I use Nokkomo Mints, they are fizzy mints that get rid of dry mouth instantly, the strawberry is my favorite flavor

Where do you buy those mints? I haven't seen them at CVS. Do you have to get them online?

I have never heard of this. Where do you get it. My dry mouth and throat are driving me nuts.

Welcome @jonabrewer, I had never heard of the Nokkomo Mints either. They do have a website and a store locator - https://nokkomomints.com/pages/store-locator. The About Us page on their website lists the ingredients. Picture shown below.

I use xylimelts. Dry mouth disc..they work great..by the mouthwash in pharmacy

I use Rinsewell mouthwash and so many I have read, use Xylimelts Dry Mouth and have good results.

Drives me nuts too. It even affects my speech and how i talk.
Im expecting my order of the mints today.
Hope they work
