Camzyos, anxious/upset, return of symptoms...?

I'm taking Camzyos. I've noticed that the symptoms of the obstruction like shortness of breath and chest pressure/pain return despite the Camzyos when I get anxious or upset about something that would not have given me these symptoms when I was much younger and healthy.
