Hi @rebeccaann. Havnt seen all your previous posts and dont want to simplify this excruciating journey of so many. I am on year 4 and have found my head pressure definitely correlates to activity of any kind that most of us would not even consider. Reading or writing more than few minutes and if do at all when feeling worse it brings on worse pressure. And if have to talk and write at the same time it is guaranteed to bring on worse head pressure and many more symptoms🙃 My providers explain this easy use up of our battery and increased inflammation/ vascular effects is why so many are affected and different recovering so broad as none of us can control all the outside factors of just our simple daily home life let alone all the other life responsibilities! Hope this helps to find your bodies limits and quickest recovery to you!🌈

Did not mean to infer home life is simple, rather with this it is simpler than having to go out or work or anything else needed. 🙃

Thank you haven’t had that yet but it’s affecting my walking somewhat and bending over to wash my lower legs and feet. And numbness and tingling almost everywhere.

Yes, I had covid jan 2025. Ive had flare ups and severe leg an buttock pain. Now vericose veins have shown up in my legs. Very big veins. I have long covid and I don't know where to get help. Most doctors aren't educated on how to deal with it yet. I heard what may be a rumor, but they saId a Pfizer vaccine caused long covid.

My only comment is that I contracted LC before vaccines were available, in April of 2020. So, the idea that LC is caused by the Pfizer vaccine doesn't hold in my case.

Yes!!!! My hx. My second covid over three years. . Had many many covid symptoms. Then in the middle of the night. .felt like someone poored gasoline on my right foot ... screaming pain. .in the morning my foot curled in ...i saw four doctors " gabapentin"" did nothing but made me very clumsy. .then i researched for days ...one doctor prescribed 800 mg acyclovir four times a day...then i found a report from a pedistrest. Antihistamines for the food and ankle " google " covid toes".... topical hydrocortisone... Walmart spray ...a life saver ..and amitriptyline 20-25mg three times a day. Then the miracle...five days pain free ..my sweet doctor actually read my research ....and sent the orders in ..now most days are pain free ... really...my doctor's name Caroline Flowers MD Safford AZ...changed my life ...an answer to many prayers. .and i am a Registered nurse, and write health education books ..

Help me out here, was it the " topical hydrocortisone... Walmart spray ...a life saver ..and amitriptyline 20-25mg three times a day." that gave you " most days are pain free"?

I've had leg issues. Never numbness but I had issues where they felt so heavy I could barely walk and I also had the feeling of heat on the top of my thighs. Both went away as I got better. I'm having a flare up now, and the heat is back. I don't think your or my symptoms are unusual.

When I have a flare, it is hard to walk more than about three blocks as my legs feel like they will give out under me and it is hard to breath. Those days are rarer now that I am on low dose naltrexone. It also minimizes the inflammation so some of the pain in my knees goes down.

I have had leg problems including pain in my muscles and joints. It was especially painful when getting out of bed in the mornings and anytime when getting up from a sitting position. I started taking 0.5 mg of Low Dosage Naltrexone (LDN) two weeks ago, and for the most part the pain has gone. Some days I feel a bit of discomfort but no pain as compared to what I experienced earlier.
Unfortunately it has not addressed my fatigue but it is early on and I am hopeful.

I can’t tell if my leg problems are from LC or my POTS.

I had early covid (Jan 2020) and once was enough…

Thank you seems like it comes and goes and comes back. The pressure in my head seems like it’s getting worse
