Hi, Edimari, if it works go for it. The important thing to remember is that the immune system is usually able to cope with most assaults. I read a book recently entitled The Healing Codes. In it, the two writers, a PhD and a Doctor explain clearly how it is that stress is at the root cause of 99% of diseases. It is simple: when we are stressed we go into fight or flight mode. This means that the blood leaves all the defences and goes to the muscles for immediate action. If the cause of the stress goes or actual physical action takes place then everything returns to normal, and the organs and immune system are once more protected. If, however, for some reason, we remain too long in stress then we do become vulnerable, The book gives exercises to overcome this. Perhaps this might help too!

stimme, your right about the effects of stress. According to "krispin magnesium" it causes a loss of magnesium which protects the body from stress so maintaining adequate magnesium levels should be priority one through magnesium rich foods and/or supplements. I noted earlier you had to stopped using serrapeptase because of cost. I found the dietary flavanoid quercetin possesses anti fibrosis properties and when paired with the flavanoid kaempferol each enhances the other. They are JAK and HDAC inhibitors. Problem is poor absorption. Good candidates for liposome delivery.

Hi Steve,
I couldn't find any evidence-based mentions of serrapeptase being used to help treat myelofibrosis. I found no mention of it in the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) database. A few members like @steve1948 @hishamhussain and @marzz have mentioned using it for lung conditions with varying success (or lack thereof).

Have you spoken to your wife's doctor about it?

I, too am looking for confirmation ref serrapeptase and myelofibrosis. I took a nice product for a while which I found at a very good price (relatively). Now I have just contacted my medical herbalist because I have found the following comparisons with pure serrapeptase. It does sound as if it ought to be beneficial, doesn't it!

... here is one comparison:

http://www.serrapeptase.org/serrapeptase-reviews/best-systemic-enzyme/

and another brand:

https://astenzymes.com/serracor-nk-vs-neprinol-brand-comparison/

Confusing, don't you agree?

I have been hearing about quercetin. Never heard of kaempferol. Worth looking into - I will see what I can come up with ref liposomal inclusion! Thanks for this, onamission! Will let you know!

Confusing is the word. Around 2009, radiation treatments for throat cancer left a friend's wife with a feeding tube because of scar tissue. He called Arthur Andrews Medical to ask if their Neprinol product would reduce the scarring - don't recall if another of their products was used. After following their recommendations for months no improvement was experienced. She stopped using the product.

I found an interesting research paper which suggests that the best inclusive substance for both quercetin and Kaempferol is broccoli sprouts. Dr Mercola sells fermented broccoli sprout capsules bu I have ordered organic broccoli powder from Buywholesalefoodsonline
and intend to mix it with my liposomal solution. But how I will be able to tell the effect I can't say. I am rather erratic in my sense of wellbeing and can never pin down the reasons especially as I am already taking a host of supplements and no sign of consultation until January 2021!

Yes, fermented or not it appears utilizing your liposomal solution is the better approach. This link has quercetin as a component.

Hey, that is stunning! I don't think I have seen a detailed medical report of success by natural means in this condition before. I was diagnosed, myself, nine and a half years ago so must have had the condition earlier as I was only given a medical because of my age. My consultant, if he is not hosting me, says my condition hasn't worsened! So perhaps my combination of supplements (eight, containing 43 different substances plus liposomal vitamin C) is already working but I will certainly send this to my medical herbalist who is rather clever, himself, at digging out interesting references! I have already posted it on Cancer Compass! Many, many thanks and well done!

After you click on Figure 1 of this article summarizing benefits you'll find just below recognition of kaempferol's poor bio-availability. This confirms liposomal delivery is the best approach for you.
