Problems walking after covid
My mother caught covid for the first time in the hospital after surgery a couple of months ago (don’t get me started on how lax hospitals are with covid protocols) and since that time she has problems walking. She either has to use a Walker or wheelchair depending on the day. Her legs will suddenly feel heavy or like “jelly legs” and give out on her. Has anyone else had this reaction. She had the same reaction after the first couple of moderna vaccines but they went away after a day.

Is anyone taking NADH for fatigue and/or PEM (post-exertional malaise) ?
I'm 82 years old and 4+ years post covid. I take *A Lot* of supplements - something to support every system in my body in an attempt to eliminate this condition.
I am better BUT can't seem to get over the finish line so to speak.
Oh, and I do participate in daily yoga nidra sessions which DO help my nervous system provide more energy...believe it or not, it does work.
I am not familiar with that ailment. I will look into it. Thanks for the comment.
