CT Scan Reports Unremarkable compared to just no aortic aneurysm means
On a CT Scan report whats the difference between the phrase Unremarkable. No aortic aneurysm. And the phrase that begins with just No such and such seen? I know they don't want patients to know, bit I think it's our right to be able to understand how the terminology is used, because it is different with each radiologist and who's to say that the doctor even understands unless they are told. Why does it feel like they are hiding things from us? I'm just wondering so that I can make sure that I'm not being mislead in a treatment plan. Also, why is it that the ER doctor won't tell you what is seen unless related to your symptoms?

I absolutely hate not being told the whole story. If the nurse doesn't tell me what my blood pressure is--and this happened recently--I ask for it. Back in the day when I had my daughter the nurses told me they didn't tell the new moms their blood pressure because they didn't want to worry them. That's so patronizing.
