Neuropathy treatments: How to avoid scams?

Welcome @extet, While there is no real cure for neuropathy there are many available treatments that offer some level of relief. It can be a confusing journey trying to find what helps each of us and there are a lot of members on Connect that have shared what has helped them. If you don't mind sharing, how long have had neuropathy and what symptoms do you have that bother you the most?

I have tried supplements, acupuncture, lasers, medication, PT but still have nerve pain. I’m very depressed

I haven’t tried Vita Soothe Pro or Nerve Savior specifically, but I’ve looked into neuropathy supplements before. It’s important to be cautious with products that promise quick fixes, as there are a lot of scams out there. Always check the ingredient list and look for clinical evidence backing their claims. Also, reading reviews from trusted sources can help weed out questionable options. If you’re considering trying one, maybe ask your doctor or pharmacist to see if it’s safe and effective for your situation. Have you found any reliable reviews for those two yet?

Surely some people have found something that has helped with this awful disease. It would be so encouraging to here from anyone who could offer hope. It would even help to hear about those who have tried so called cures that have failed, at least that would warn others not to waste their money. I for one cannot just give in.
