How about a laugh, (hopefully)
I believe laughter is the best medicine. Laughter has actually been scientifically proven to help people with depression issues.
Let’s give it a try so we can all get happy and feel better. Many Epilepsy forums I’ve been on had joke sections. I was probably the biggest joke of all since I didn’t get a lot of the jokes. They said the jokes couldn’t be above 4th grade level for me to understand them so my jokes may be rather simplistic but let’s give it a try.
Have a lovely day everyone,
Jake

With the way I've been overeating during the holidays, my wife suggested I consider becoming an Ag-nosh-tic.
I'm a non-stick.
I can't see wasting butter greasing the pan.
You'll never guess who I bumped into on the way to the opticians! Everyone.
Who? You have peaked my curiosity?
True story:
Every year, my wife receives a fundraising calendar from Boys Town. Usually they're landscapes or some such.
This year, however, they have a new theme: Gnomes.
My wife wondered why they made that change.
My only comment: "I can't imagine. It's an a-gnome-aly."
Can't imagine why ....
I'm surprised you didn't run into Everybody Else.
Hmm.... that IS strange.
I can see gnome good explanation for it...
@nepanthe should have peeked at the chart before the doc came in..🫣
I got called pretty yesterday.
Pretty annoying.
But, hey, I like to focus on the positive.
