I was diagnosed in 2012 with Fibro. Over the years I have been on different prescriptions. For a while now I have been taking 60 mg Cymbalta and 150 mg Lyrica. It works well to help with most of the pain but of course I have flare ups, especially when the weather turns. Lately I have been suffering from the dreaded Fibro Fog. It gets so bad that I want to cry. I get frustrated when I talk and can't think of what I want to say. Sometimes I even lose my train of thought mid sentence. I don't know how to describe the feeling other than my thoughts are no longer clear but like I have stepped into a cloud. A few years ago I had a complete neurological workup. The only thing that was shown were tremors.
Do you feel like this? What do you do when this happens?

HI Oregongirl, We have some supermarkets that will deliver. I may need to use them soon. I hope not, I try hard to keep some chores just to have some semblance of a what my life used to be like. I appreciate your suggestions and your prayers. Thank you.
Well remember the pharmacy does have Marijuana. At least my pharmasist told me. Dr has to prescribe. These states are crazy that are holding off. The tax income to State of Oregon is out of this world. Also Oregon had NO sales tax.
Hi Calif just legalized for recreational they have had medicinal . In Hollywood the first dispencery just opened. Im now near there but have the CBD capsules
I already prayed for you. I was very specific for you. I understand the house cleaning. I moved from my huge home in Oregon to my son Guest House. I feel like I try the best I can to keep it in order
Love it. They are on every corner in Oregon. It is NOT habit forming.
Here in NY you have to go to a state authorized medical marijuana pharmacy. They just sell marijuana, nothing else. But first you need to get a year of your medical records, then go to a state authorized doctor who is licensed to write the script for med. marijuana, and then hopefully get him or her to write u a script. You literally have to jump through hoops and the drs don't take my insurance so you need to lay out a fair amount of money with no guarantee that you will even get the script. They just added chronic pain to the limited list of conditions. Prior to that I wouldn't have a chance to get it. You are so lucky to live in a decent state. If I was younger and stronger I would try to move.

Don't worry about Dr. Someday that charge will be covered by health insurance drug program. Remember the state makes money off you and your license, renewal etc. Please use it and feel the difference. I am stuck in Texas where not legal. I am using drugs that could kill me. If you have MJ available you are very fortunate.
@lynneb2110 It sounds like you and I have many of the same symptoms. I cannot tolerate it too hot or cold. I also have the sweats, red face etc 5 years after menopause. I thought it was just hormone changes due to menopause. Oh and my hands and feet can be so cold I can't warm them.

Hi robbinr, if you don't mind me asking what do you take to help you sleep? If you have been on Cymbalta for 10 years and this year you gained 20 lbs. then perhaps it isn't the Cymbalta for you?
