Referral near Seattle

Hi all, I'm looking for a recommendation for a thoracic surgeon near Seattle (Snohomish or King County) area. Does anyone have a recommendation for an exceptional surgeon? I have an ascending aortic aneurysm measuring 4.8 cm.

Glad to help and just happened to remember that other recent post, had my surgery 4 years ago and know the importance of finding the best surgeon possible.

Good to hear you had surgery. I hope it was successful. I'm tired of worrying every day as I'm not enjoying life to the fullest, this AAA is always on my mind. No way to live. Hoping to have surgery this year.

Wishing you the very best treatment and recovery! Did you happen to do a gene study? Do other family members have it? Mine is 4.4cm and it was 3.8cm in 2019 when I was having High Blood Pressure and had an ultrasound, so it is rather slow growing, but any expansion is scary, I know! A cousin went from 4.2 to 4.7 in a few months and was immediately scheduled for surgery. Was this the first time your aneurysm has been discovered?
