Long-term pet-friendly Housing in Jacksonville

I'm pre-live transplant and will be relocating with my husband to Jax. Does anyone have recommendations on pet-friendly condos near the Jacksonville campus or areas to live in near the hospital? Ideally areas that are a little walkable to grocery stores? Gabriel House is not an option for us because of our dogs.
