I have tapered from 30 mg of temazepam to 22.5 mg and am now taking 15 mg. As a chronic insomniac for many years, the journey has not been easy. I also take melatonin, lion’s mane and magnesium Glycinate. I hope to eventually be taking 7 mg of temazepam in the not so distant future.
How long has the process been taking ? What does Lion ‘s Mane do ? Do you take them altogether ? I admire you . 30 mg has not been working well for me after a year and a half but I will take the 4 to 5 hours that I get . I have extreme anxiety and insomnia . Just trying to figure this all out .

I get anxious just reading this . How are you doing ? Is anything working ? Your doc prescribed for that long ? Sleep well. I have been on it for almost two years , starting not to work well. I take trazodone too.

Be wary of drugs recommended by others, particularly if they’re benzodiazapines. What works for one person may not work for you.

Although I continue to reduce the dosage, I have been on temazepam for a number of years.
