Camzyos and insomnia.

I’ve been taking Camzyos since 7/26/23. I have had 4 consecutive nights that I cannot sleep. I usually sleep very well. Has anyone else dealt with insomnia while taking Camzyos?

Sleeping ok usually on 3 hours night. But crazy dreams sence I started the tablets.

Dreams that seem more like I am awake just imagining it but my Fitbit says I was sleeping. I think Fitbit is based on pulse rate.

me too! thought it was the Camzyos but maybe it’s the Metroprol?

No I have not experienced insomnia; started taking Camzyos in December 2023.

I think so, too. I never wear my Fitbit at night but the weekly report always shows that I had a couple of hours of restful sleep.

I am on 10mg Camzyos started in jan 2026 but I also take Ambien 5 mg so I don't have sleep problems with camzyos.
I do have very vivid dreams - I can feel myself touching kissing and speaking to people - sometimes nightmares.

@peggynurse I take 5 mg once in a while. Sometimes it helps and sometimes it does not help.

Although I'm the wrong kind of doctor (Ph.D. not MD), I'd be more concerned about symptoms of HOCM than side effects of Camzyos. I've been taking 5 mg of Camzyos for almost a year now (in addition to my dozen other Rx's)...Good to keep in mind that it's the Legal Department writing all the warnings...puts things in perspective (not that one shouldn't take warnings seriously).
