A Creed For Caregivers
I am a gifted writer (meaning I have no talent for it, it just comes to me)
One of the subjects I wrote on was the caregiver.
Feel free to share with other caregivers!
You are appreciated!!

I believe you are on the right path to get published. I pray that our God will open that road or highway for you. What you bring forth in your writing is so touching to ones core...such a gift to others! Thank you Joe for sharing your gifts with so many especially us with Arachnoiditis!
I have been published once, but the publisher retired and closed shop... awwww
I have to print out, and sort over 250 poems then make chapter pages, and put all that into a digital format again... lol it's a wee bit overwhelming. I know I could break it down into two books, even three, but it's the same work! One day I will just hunker down and start this project, and hope that it will take off!
I know bookstores won't carry, from experience, but I'll find a way!
Peace
God Bless

Joe thank you again for sharing your gifts to all of us. You help others keep going with the pain we live with. I pray you keep giving a voice to our pain for healing to occur. I pray some physicians are touched by the greatest healer to find answers for our pain. Hugs and prayers from Zoes mom
Hugs again. I'm on ice today and increased meds to get through my every other day increase in pain. I pray for healing for this horrible disease and the one my husband has. I am grateful that I have this and not anyone else in my family. Was just not expecting my husband to get what he got. God is always at our side no matter what we get. Will try to settle this pain today. Blessings and prayers to you. Zoes mom
Thank you so much for your poetry Joe! After reading your two poems, I plan to follow you on Facebook & to purchase your book. As a caregiver/loved one to my husband with Lewy Body Dementia (4 years), the poems really resonated with me. I need these kinds of affirmations very badly. Again, thank you for sharing.

I'm thrilled my poetry work has helped in your journey! I did recently write a piece for those suffering from dementia, and Alzheimers. I can post it again if you wish, or you might be able to find it in the threads. I am hoping and praying I can self publish (never have before) another book or two (or three at this rate) that would share all 300+ poems I've penned.
Right now I'm at a stalemate with my ADD and organizational skills... lol
God bless you in your role as a caregiver. He blessed me with an amazing wife of near 41 years, and she has taken me through so many different setbacks, NONE of which were liver transplant related!!
Let me know if you wish me to post that poem again, or you prefer to search it.
Peace

Faith is the foundation for all. If we lose faith, we lose everything worth having. Healing comes from faith. Prayers for you, and your husband, and family. I can't even imagine what you go through on a daily basis....
Keep the faith strong!!
Peace

Yes please. I would love you to post it again. And thanks for your comments -- you are so eloquent!

grab tissues... I lost both my in-laws to dementia.
Preparing myself for that already.
