also stretching out the front of the chest ... on a foam roller, etc. because the chest ... gets overly tight with TOS. ... good for TOS, and just increase the tightness ... which can help a lot to open up the tight

Not seen a dr specifically for this. I seemed to get what appeared to be sinus...

cardiologist also gave me the green light ... apply a warm neck compress to my upper chest ... A hot shower directed at your chest ... might help also. ... Perhaps seeing a therapist might be
