wrong size watchman hangs and swings in the appendage.

In November 2022, I had a watchman device implanted at a Swedish Medical Center located in Englewood, Co. Inadequate imaging was collected during the transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) process. The device is currently not attached appropriately due to its smaller size and now hangs and swings in the appendage. This CAN NOT be corrected without further surgery.
If the had proper imaging, the device could have been completely replaced to the correct size and this incident could have been avoided.
