Wrinkles on the back of my palm

I am a male, 73. Lately, I have noticed that the skin on the back of my palm (hand) has developed wrinkles. The skin elsewhere is normal and unwrinkled. Could anyone help?

I noticed my skin there is also more dry and wrinkled so I started using a cream for that. I cannot stand having it on my skin in the daytime ( esp arms) and I wash my hands a lot during the day due to housework, gardening etc. So I started putting the cream on at night while sleeping. It makes a big difference until you stop using it.
There are various brands available. It’s not the same as hand cream
