Why would I have tingling in my toes?

I don’t know if any of the following is contributing to it. I have a complete.neck fusion, I had lower back surgery from a bulging disc that was causing sciatica. Sciatica is the worst pain that I’ve ever had in my life. I could not sit for six months, so therefore I couldn’t go out to a restaurant or anywhere that you had to sit then I had thumb surgery due to osteoarthritis. The PT gave me exercise exercises that I should not have done right after a surgery so now I I still can’t use it very much.
So, any ideas for the tingling in my toes?
