Why was I granted a visit and then denied with no reason?

My son has been battling a parasitic infection for 18 months . I’ve seen the worm like critters poking from his skin myself . Long story short , he has visited emergency 9 times and was dismissed each time . His GP diagnosed him with dilusional parasitosis . And with that on his file , no doctors would treat him for anything else . Was refused treatment at infectious disease due to his file . He went to a psychiatric assessment and was cleared of all/any psychosis and psych requested more medical treatment be carried out . Has fallen on deaf ears . We had to travel to Mexico to buy medications not available in Canada. My conclusion is that GPs in small towns or even in general lack the knowledge to assess . In our case , the doctors have stuck together and none of the 14 doctors in our town will see my boy . It’s ridiculous that my boy may die of this hyperinfection due to the arrogance of our community doctors
