Why am I always tired

I have a mild form of COPD and I had a stroke in November of 2023. I am always tired. I never have enough rest it seems I can sleep most of the day away I have no energy. Is that a side effect of the COPD

I understan. When my blood pressure gets low and my oxygen is low, I can hardly go. Caffeine helps me. I usually get a 0 sugar Dr Pepper
