Whole Body Vibration for Osteoporosis
I’m looking into Whole Body Vibration to aid in bone building for osteoporosis. I’ve read that Low Intensity Vibration is better than high intensity. Does anyone have any experience with this?

just a clarification...Osteoboost is FDA cleared, not approved. The distinction is significant as clearance doesn't indicate efficacy only safety and that it is similar to other approved medical devices. Clearance does not require as rigorous an evaluation as approval.
I would like to know the answer to this as well. My daughter gave me one for my birthday, but I hesitate to use it as it’s been suggested to not use one if you’ve had knee replacement, such as my case.
I am not really concerned about my knee if it’s just low vibration.
Anyone?
There are many variations on whole body vibration devices. My research led me to the Marodyn LIV made in Germany - a low intensity device with some actual 'factual' scinetific research. I recommend this product and believe it can be used with joint replacments - you can double check this. Sending postive energy on your healing.
Thank you so very much.
