Anyone experience burping as a treatment side effect: What helped?
My husband is currently undergoing Chemo treatment after successful Whipple surgery in Feb.,2023 for Stage 1B pancreatic cancer. He is currently having an increase of burping. Most noticeable after standing from sitting or sitting up after lying down.
Anyone else experiencing this and did you find ways to eliminate or control the frequency.

@kjc12, I'm tagging fellow members @stageivsurvivor @aceman66 @hopethereisnothing @milagro45pr, who have all mentioned dealing with burping, even excessive at times, related to treatment for pancreatic cancer.
Have you noticed any foods or activities that make the burping worse? Better?
My husband seems to feel that lately the burping is less when he takes his anti-nausea meds. He’s wondering if the burping is actually a sign of nausea. Would be interested in any thoughts on how others are handling this. Thanks.
I’ve being getting a lot of trapped air and burping that’s really painful. I just got my follow up car and they found something on it that must have being missed cause it’s big enough what they should have seen it before.

They just told me to take gas x for it.

1 ReactionIf the burps ever smell really strange/bad I think you should insist that his doctors investigate it more. In any case, I hope they help him find relief
