Which of These Drugs Could Cause Elevated Liver Enzymes?

After some good progress while taking the Big 3 and Brinsupri for the past 2 months, I had a follow up with the ID doctor, who ordered blood labs to compare with the baseline. My ALT (liver enzyme) is what he called mildly elevated (baseline was 93, now it's 166). I must retest in one to two weeks. Doc suspects it's one of the BIG 3, and for me that is Azithromycin, Ethambutol and Rifabutin, and I have heard of Rifabutin doing this. I searched this group for Elevated liver enzymes, and something came up that indicated a person taking Brinsupri experienced this also. I am reluctant to quit one medicine and find out a different one is to blame. That also leads me to a 2nd question: Is anyone on Brinsupri getting their bloodwork monitored? I started it in early July, and my pulmonologist never talked about follow up of any kind until my appointment in Jan. She's been on maternity leave ever since. No one is monitoring me for the Brinsupri. Unless she is having the ID doc do this (she referred me to him) but he doesn't seem to have any interest in my comments about Brinsupri. We only talk about the Big 3. Baffled.
