Where can i get a PSE Prostate Specific Antigen Blood Test?

Diagnosed with Prostate cancer in 2018 with a Blind Biopsy without carrying out a MRI first-I Left that clinic all they wanted to do was Operate robotically-

I then Found and attended the Dr Busch Clinic in Georgia
I was at stage 1 so we monitored annually with their MRI
They were one of the first to use the TULSA method if needed
in 2019 my Cancer cells had gone TBT God
I have been monitoring annually ever since and then every 2 years the last time
Due for an MRI this Spring and read about PSE Prostate Specific Antigen Blood Test in the UK
My Question is : Where can i get this done in the US ?
I live in TN close to the AL border
I can get my house doctor to request it for me , but where.

I will , they pay for my annual MRI, with PSE i don't need the MRI,

I have a good Doctor so we shall see,

Actually saving them money, MRI costs up to $12,000

PS I contacted EPI SWITCH
They sent an email with the form for my Doctor Plus they are sending the box out to my home
They have been a great help
