When does lost weight return? I started treatment in Mid December

Hi I’m on the big three and IV Amikacin 3 times a week-am now down to 100 pounds and look pretty gaunt-any suggestions for regaining the weight or will it happen naturally once I’m on the medication longer? BTW with my bronchiectasis and MAC I have no symptoms and not much of a reaction to my meds. Thanks in advance
