What herbs, foods, supplements etc are you finding valuable for PD?

My partner was recently diagnosed with PD, however his symptoms are thankfully very mild and currently he does not need meds and can still drive. So far we have been recommended Creatine, megadoses of Vitamins B1 and D3 and maybe C, Lions mane, Reishi ... and doubtless more when we do more research! Has anyone got experiences of using any of these (or other natural products)? Especially interested in anyone who has offset early symptoms and/or avoided progression. Thank you so much.

Parkinson’s treatment with Acetyl-DL-Leucine

Does anyone have experience with the dietary supplement Acetyl-DL-Leucine? Based on a study of two patients primarily focusing on reducing REM aggressive sleep disorder I procured tablets online and after taking 5 g per day for two months. I noticed positive results for several symptoms I have now. This product is not Tanganil and is no longer available and the provider stated that they are no longer authorized to sell because a third-party company in the USA has claimed rights to sell so after researching availability elsewhere, I was able to obtain from a company in Belgium for now. I only have enough for a few months.
Any feedback is appreciated.

I am luckily very healthy at 81.5, I recommend:

Magnesium Glycinate, Pure brand is what I take each morning, 1 capsue is 29% of RDA, good for everything: It is an essential mineral involved in hundreds of biochemical reactions in the body. Magnesium helps convert food into energy, supports muscle and nerve function, helps regulate blood pressure, and maintain brain health.

Have you noticed any differences already? Do you have a supplier for the Acetyl-DL-leucin?
