What brand of Nebulizer components are you using?

Hello Friends, I tried a search on this topic but did not find an answer.
Specifically, if you use a sterilizer (mine is Bololo), what brand and source of nebulizer parts do you use that do not warp? I appreciate any help you can provide.

Whether you boil or use a baby bottle sterilizer, the Aeroclipse XL BAN nebulizer or the Pari Sprint LC nebulizer are reusable and can be boiled. I prefer the Aeroclipse myself.

I use the Aeroeclipse and prefer it over Pari and the

I also use Bololo sterilizer and love it-simple, stores items, etc. When I got it, I checked temp with cooking thermometer to br sure it was hot.

I did a survey a few months back on men’s and compressors because it took a lot of time to search thru threads. It might help.

I’ve used Devilbiss Pulmonary-aide nebulizer for many years. Amazon has them for about $150. I bought my last one in 2018 and it still runs like a charm. It takes me 15 minutes to nebulizer albuterol. I find it powerful and gets deep into my lungs.

Like others, I use both Aeroclipse XL R BAN and Pari Sprint nebulizers in my Bololo sterilizer. I initially preferred Aeroclipse but once I got use to the strength of the Pari, I now prefer Pari. In the Pari, I can do two 4 ml vials of 7% saline in the time it takes to do a single 4ml in Aeroclipse and I find the double dose of saline really improves my airway clearance (which is historically very unproductive). Really helpful for a recent sputum sample; my first time not having my sample rejected for the respiratory culture.

I use Pari and have never had any of the parts and accessories melt or warp on me. I boil or put in dishwasher or use diluted vinegar solution. All the reusable pari mouthpieces are fine to sanitize in any of those methods per their instructions.

To clarify, Devilbiss is a compressor. Aeroclipse XL BAN or Pari Sprint are nebulizer cups.

I use this accessory with the pulmonary-aide nebulizer:

The Pari Sprint is the nebulizer cup. Is it the Pari LC Sprint neb cup?
What compressor, brand name, and type of tubing are you using with the Pari Sprint?
I have the Ombra compressor that came with the Aeroeclipse XL and the wing tip tubing, I bought all from the NJH pharmacy before heading home from my NJH visit.
I have been using Save Rite Medical for the Aeroeclipse XL and wing tip tubing. It appears the equipment retail sellers do not carry all the different brands of neb cups etc. Did you find a source with a best price for either or?
Glad you found your way to getting a good sputum sample. Now it's just that waiting period to get the results. I sent another sputum sample in the first of March so I'm on a wait period also. I am hoping for another low load MAI count report, or better yet, 'you've cleared it out'....without med's..... wishful thinking.

Thank you all for taking the time to share your experiences. I have learned so much from this group! It is through your posts that I have learned about: Dr. Falkingham, Lifestraw products, nebulizing 7% saline, and the Bololo sterilizer, to name a few.... This journey has definitely been complicated, and having this support group has been invaluable. Thank you all again.

@marmee26 When you buy nebulizer cups, make sure you are getting "reuseable" ones, and not the disposables, which are cheaper and meant to be used once (or for a day or 2 by a single user) and thrown away. One time (I learned my lesson) I purchased some pre-packaged no-name ones online but not from a medical supply. They were labeled as reuseable, but clearly were not - the first time I boiled them, they warped. I put them in the closet to use for my grandsons when they sleep over & remember the meds but forget the cup.
