Weight Gain with Evenity
Some have said they gained some weight when taking Evenity. Any idea at about what shots you noticed this? I am now going to be taking shots #9 and I do notice about a 4 to 5 lb. gain. Anyone else notice a gain in weight and if so, when was it noticeable?

That is exactly what happened to me while receiving the Evenity injections!
Everything about me changed!
So disappointed!

1 ReactionI have just finished my 12 month treatment. I have gained 15 pounds since I began. I have even reduced caloric intake, to no avail.

1 ReactionI am getting my 4th Evenity injection next week for spine surgery in Sept. I have noticed ankle & foot edema & trouble with weight. Is this something anyone else has experienced?

1 ReactionI'm coming up on my 8th injection and no, I haven't had any weight gain. I've had no side effects other than the usual soreness at the injection site.

1 ReactionI just got my fifth round of shots, and I noticed that I am gaining about a half a pound a month without dietary changes. And I doubt that it’s all bone mass. Hope this effect goes away when treatment is complete.

1 Reaction@sunbeam10 Anecdotal but I gained eight pounds over my treatment and it's all gone now. My last dose was at the beginning of April.
@oopsiedaisy: I’m Jealous! If you don’t mind my asking…was your added “fullness” mostly in midriff? My weight has stayed the same, but after 12 months Evenity I have added a little roll around my middle (all my shots were in my stomach).
Please share your actions to make your results back to “ normal” since April! I await your reply! Thanks for your help!
@dbamos1945 Yes, it was the dreaded muffin top/stomach roll. Not that I don't still have some extra pudge around my middle which came on with menopause, even though I exercise and watch my diet.
I do think some of it was water retention as well.
I haven't made any changes since I stopped Evenity. My exercise routine and diet have remained the same for the past few years.
